Registered Cottage Bakery
Nik Nak Bakery LLC is run by Nikki McNeil, who is a registered cottage baker in the state of Nebraska. All recipes are in compliance with Nebraska Cottage Food Laws. The products made by Nik Nak Bakery LLC are prepared in a kitchen that is not subject to regulation and inspection by the regulatory authority and may contain allergens. The baked goods may contain allergens including but not limited to peanuts, eggs, dairy, wheat, etc. Employees of Nik Nak Bakery LLC have completed a food handler course & Nik Nak Bakery LLC is registered with the Nebraska Department of Agriculture and is fully insured.
How to Order
Due to time constraints, please fill out the form at the bottom of the home page or email NikNakBakery@outlook.com to inquire about availability. When inquiring, please be sure to include your name, email, quantity, the date they are needed, the Nik Nak Snack(s) you are inquiring about, & any other details you'd like to include!

You should receive a response by email sooner, but please provide Nik Nak Bakery LLC with at least 48 hours to respond by email as the owner does have a full-time job as a nurse and works 12-hour shifts. If Nik Nak Bakery LLC has not responded in 48 hours, please email again to inquire. Please be sure to check your spam folder for a response.
​No order is confirmed until an invoice is provided to the client. The client must send an email back within 72 hours accepting, editing, or declining the invoice. If no email is received within 72 hours, the date will no longer be reserved & will open up for other orders.

Payment Policy
All orders must be completely paid for one week before the scheduled pick-up date. If payment is not provided, Nik Nak Bakery LLC will not provide the baked goods to the client. Vanmo and cash as accepted at this time. No checks or credit cards will be accepted unless otherwise approved.
Pick-Up Policy
Pick-up will be arranged between the client & NIk Nak Bakery LLC after the order has been placed. A set time, date, and pick-up location will be arranged between the two parties. The client has a 15 minutes "grace" period from the time set for pick-up. If the client has not communicated with Nik Nak Bakery LLC at that time in regard to the client's pick-up, their order will be forfeited & no refund will be provided. All orders must be picked up/delivered on the previously arranged date. ​

All orders will be picked up in the Aksarben area. Delivery is available upon request, and there will be a fee depending on the distance traveled.

Unless the client receives a message from Nik Nak Bakery LLC stating their order is ready & available for pick-up earlier than the expected time, please do not expect to pick up the order earlier. If the client needs their order earlier, please send me a message. It is not guaranteed Nik Nak Bakery LLC will be able to accommodate but will try their best.
This policy is in place to respect the time of the employees Thank you in advance for respecting time!
Liability
Nik Nak Bakery LLC is not liable for any baked goods unless an invoice is provided at pick-up. The invoice can be physical or electronic. Nik Nak Bakery LLC is not liable for any damage done to any product after delivery or pick up. The baked good(s) will be shown to the client at pick-up, and if they accept the product, then they are responsible for the condition of the baked good after pick-up.
Privacy Policy
Nik Nake Bakery LLC reserves the right to photograph & use the client's purchased products on the Nik Nak Bakery website & social media pages. If this is an issue for the client, they must let Nik Nak Bakery LLC know before the media is utilized on the website & social media pages.
Dissatified Clients
Nik Nak Bakery LLC is prideful in providing the very best customer service & products to clients. Nik Nak Bakery LLC hopes this never happens, but if a client is dissatisfied with their product in any way, Nik Nak Bakery would like to know.
No refunds will be provided, but please email NikNakBakery@outlook.com for questions or concerns about your purchase and see how we can rectify the situation.
Pricing Changes
Nik Nak Bakery reserves the right to make adjustments in prices if necessary. This is unlikely to happen. The only reason it would occur is if the cost of goods sold increases by over 50% from the time the order is placed to when the delivery date of the items is. The client will only have to pay for the difference in costs of the ingredients. For example, if eggs were priced at $4 per dozen in December 2024 when an order is placed, and they go up to $8 per dozen in January 2025. The client would pay the difference in egg costs. This would only be for large orders where multiple items would see a cost increase.
